    Easter events in Wiltshire
Easter – don’t you find that it’s sort-of a second start to the year? There’s a holiday weekend and school break, the weather is improving, so it’s time to be out and about. Here at M4 Sales, we might even allow the team a few moments respite during our busy days! If you have time on your hands, or a family on your back, here are four terrific ways that could burn off some Easter energy...

You might search for Easter eggs from 3-6 April at the National Trust’s Stourhead gardens near Mere – where there are Cadbury’s chocolate eggs to be located and giant games to be played. Then at Blunsdon Station at Tadpole Lane in Swindon, on the same dates, you can board the Swindon and Crickdale Railway Easter Egg-spress (not our pun), where the bunny will be on hand to dish out some choccy goodness.

Away from such frivolities, you might be prepared to spend an hour of your time solving a mystery at the Salisbury Escape Room, opening on 28th March in Fisherton Street. Professor Julia Smith and the Magna Carta have disappeared, can you solve the mystery? You have fiendish tasks to complete, suitable for families or a group of friends. Find out more here.

The Crofton Pumping Station near Marlborough is looking good considering it’s more than 200 years old! It offers one of their Steaming Weekends from 10.30am on the 4th to 6th. You can see, hear and smell the station “in steam” as the oldest working steam engines in the world pump water along the canal. Add to this some terrific food and souvenirs choices in their Engineman’s Rest Cafe and Shop, sited in a former boiler house. If you prefer, just sit and picnic in the grounds and enjoy warm spring sunshine beside the Kennet & Avon Canal.

Of course, our Wiltshire based M4 Sales team in both Swindon and Lyneham will stay focused on offering great used vans and minibuses backed up with superb finance packages. You might just find tiny traces of chocolate around their mouths though!
